Stephen Clark is a veteran journalist and news anchor turned singer-songwriter. After decades covering the world’s biggest stories, from war zones to natural disasters, he now brings that same storytelling craft to his music. Stephen needed a website to showcase his songs, share upcoming shows, and provide fans with a way to purchase his music. CyberCletch designed a streamlined, one-page site with an event calendar, blog, and integrated Apple Music—giving Stephen a professional home base for his growing music career.
Before & After
Before:
Stephen’s original Blogger site was simple and outdated, limiting what he could share with his audience. It didn’t allow him to easily embed his music, post upcoming events, or customize the design to reflect his creative identity. Over time, login issues made updates nearly impossible—leaving the site stagnant and disconnected from his growing fan base.
After:
We designed a modern, one-page WordPress website that captures Stephen’s artistry and storytelling background, following his preferences for colors and imagery. The site now includes:
- An event calendar to list upcoming shows.
- Apple Music integration so fans can easily purchase his music.
- A blog section where Stephen can share stories behind his songs.
- A mobile-friendly layout that’s easy for fans to navigate on the go.

Case Summary
Overview:
We first connected with Stephen on Twitter in its early days, while he was still a Channel 7 news anchor in Detroit. Over the years, we built trust through both personal and professional interactions (including helping him and his wife purchase a home while working as a licensed REALTOR). So when Stephen launched his music career, he turned to CyberCletch to create a website that would truly reflect his artistry.
Stephen had previously used a basic Blogger site to share updates, but it offered limited flexibility—no easy way to embed music, promote upcoming shows, or manage content efficiently. When login issues made it nearly impossible to maintain, it was clear he needed a fresh start.
Our goal was to design a modern, one-page website that reintroduced Stephen to his audience with a platform that was easy to update, showcased his music and performances, and gave fans a central place to connect with his work.
Results:
With the launch of the new site, Stephen was able to:
- Share his music with fans through seamless Apple Music integration.
- Promote his shows with an easy-to-use event calendar.
- Tell his stories and share his creative process through a blog platform.
While the measurable results weren’t formally tracked, the site provided him with a professional platform to grow his fan base and share his work more effectively.
An extra challenge during development was customizing the Apple Music integration, which we successfully implemented so the display matched his vision.
Conclusion:
Stephen’s new website transformed his online presence from an outdated, limited Blogger site into a polished, professional platform that truly reflects his creativity. The new design captures his dual identity as both a storyteller and musician, while modern functionality allows him to share his songs, announce performances, and connect directly with his audience.
We empowered Stephen to manage his own updates and content with ease, while CyberCletch continues to provide secure hosting and maintenance behind the scenes. The result is a fan-friendly website that’s as dynamic and authentic as his music—giving him a digital home he’s proud to share.
