This most recent project marked the fifth version of their website we’ve worked on together. The team’s primary goal was clear: increase online visibility and generate leads directly through their site. After years of working together, this was the fifth iteration of The Columbus Team’s website. While the previous site functioned well, capturing leads had become more challenging. The redesigned site highlights team credibility through testimonials, agent bios with personality, and a dedicated section showcasing community and charitable involvement. We streamlined the UX, revamped the blog, improved listing displays, and added tools like a mortgage calculator. The homepage was constrained by rigid themes and limited IDX supplier options.

We brought the site to life with a short, compressed aerial video of a well-known Columbus neighborhood, adding movement and local connection.

Listings had to be added manually, showing only The Columbus Team’s own properties.

By partnering directly with IDX, we built a custom feed displaying all local MLS listings, expanding their reach and saving time.

Visitors had to scroll endlessly to find details, creating a clunky user experience.

The new design organizes far more information into a compact, mobile-friendly layout that’s easier to browse.

A redesigned archive includes search, category browsing, three featured articles, and a modern card-based layout.
